Meine Wohnung wird zum 01.05.2015 frei. Sie verfügt bei 60 qm über 3 Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche mit großer Wanne, Platz für Waschmaschine.
In drei Zimmern ist jeweils eine Wand tapeziert, die anderen dre Wände sind weiß. Die Wohnung ist mit Laminat belegt, im Bad sind Fliesen, in der Küche PVC
Ruhige Und trotzdem zentrale Lage. Die Fenster im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind nach Westen (viel Sonne nachmittags). Zum Maschsee ist es 1 km. Post und Edeka in unmittelbarer Nähe, coole Bars und Restaurants ebenfals, großes Einkaufszentrum ca. 700 m entfernt. Bushaltestelle um die Ecke (5min. zum Hbf.). U-Bahn-Haltestellen Marienstr., Geibelstr. und Schlägerstr. gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung wird unrenoviert ohne Möbel übergeben.
Warmmiete zahle ich derzeit 504€, plus Stom und Gas. Die Wohnung wird von der WGH vermietet. Eine Mitgliedschaft bei der WGH ist für ein Mietverhältnis notwendig. Der Mietpreis wird sich nach meinem Auszug laut WGH erhöhen. Genaue Höhe muss noch ermittelt werden.
