I'm looking for a 3 room apartment for me. There are also two rooms, provided that the floor plan allows a separation for a work corner, as I work a lot from the home office. A balcony would be great, old building grandios and I would not complain about an existing fitted kitchen.
I am 29, permanently employed in full-time and look forward to shaping my first really own apartment and living long-lasting. I don't play instruments and I don't have pets, but I'd like to adopt a female in perspective.

Ich suche nach einer 3 Zimmerwohnung für mich. Ggf. genügen auch zwei Zimmer, sofern der Grundriss eine Abtrennung für eine Arbeitsecke erlaubt, da ich viel aus dem Homeoffice arbeite. Ein Balkon wär super, Altbau grandios und über eine vorhandene Einbauküche würde ich mich auch nicht beschweren.
Ich bin 29, unbefristet in Vollzeit angestellt und freue mich meine erste wirklich eigene Wohnung zu gestalten und langfrsitig zu bewohnen. Ich spiele keine Instrumente und habe keine Haustiere, allerdings würde ich perspektivisch gerne eine Hündin adoptieren.
