We are under-renting our furnished, newly renovated 2-room apartment in the north city of Hannover in early 2024. In the white fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine there is a small dining table with two chairs and a large fridge. The apartment will have a double bed, a dresser (bedroom), a dining table with chairs, a three-seater sofa with recamiere (living room), plisees and lamps. The kitchen will be equipped with dishes. The building is an old building, the apartment is located on the fourth floor and you have a nice view over the roofs of Hannover. The apartment has a good cut (you have views in almost all directions of the sky) and is quiet but still centrally located. On the attic right next to the apartment you can dry well laundry.

Wir untervermieten befristet unsere möblierte, Anfang 2024 frisch sanierte 2-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung in der Nordstadt von Hannover. In der weißen Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine befindet sich ein kleiner Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen sowie ein großer Kühlschrank. In der Wohnung werden sich ein Hemnes-Doppelbett, eine Kommode (Schlafzimmer), ein Esstisch mit Stühlen, ein Dreisitzer-Sofa mit Recamiere (Wohnzimmer), Plisees und Lampen befinden. Die Küche wird mit Geschirr ausgestattet sein. Das Gebäude ist ein Altbau, die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock und man hat einen schönen Ausblick über die Dächer von Hannover. Die Wohnung hat einen guten Schnitt (man hat Ausblicke in fast alle Himmelsrichtungen) und ist ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. Auf dem Dachboden gleich neben der Wohnung kann man gut Wäsche trocknen.
