13.04.-02.05. Sublet/Untermiete

Located in a nice and calm neighbourhood in Heidelberg, I offer my beautiful 40m2 one bedroom apartment with separate full kitchen and bathroom on the first floor of the house.
The kitchen offers everything you need to live and cook nice meals: induction stove, full oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer unit, as well as - most importantly - my mixer and coffee corner! Here you also find my table and sitting area.

The big daylight bathroom gives you comfort with a rainwater shower. My private washer-dryer unit is located in the basement of the house and can be used any time of day or night.
In the bedroom, you guessed it, you can find my bed (1,40m). The room also offers some floor space to move around, put a yoga mat or.
There is a big garden shared with the other residents of the house (+6 humans). Here we communally grow (mostly) vegetables. The lawn invites you to move, train or just hang out and enjoy the outdoors.

I share my apartment with about 175 houseplants and my cat, Blanka. You will not be required to take care of my plants – a friend of mine will come to water them 1-2 times in total while I’m gone. The plants are kept alive via automated plant lights that run between 8-12 hours a day (I will set them up according to your preferred schedule). The plant lights are located in the bedroom and kitchen.

Blanka has a very sweet soul, is calm and non-violent. Blanka is a very sensitive cat and enjoys company. It takes a little time to earn her trust but it’s very rewarding in the end. She splits her time between being inside and roaming the garden and neighbourhood. For her to get inside/outside someone needs to open the apartment door to her.
