As am abroad in September 2022, I am looking for tenants for my city apartment for one month (30.August til 30. September 2022).
As you can see on the pictures, this apartment is in the 27.th floor with a view over the city center of Vienna (at night you can see the Prater lights). It has a cozy balcony as well as is fully furnished (kitchen and cooking utensils inclusive). Moreover, a washing machine is also the bathroom.
For bath lovers, this apartment does not only have a bath tube but also a pool on the rooftop (31st floor) with a view over Vienna! Already when waking up, you have a view over the city of vienna from your bed.
My apartment is located a 5 minutes walk away from the U3 metro station Schlachthausgasse (from my door step to the city center, Stephansplatz, it only takes 10 minutes by metro!). Also, for people who own a car, this apartment also has an option parking lot available. In the entry area, a concierge service is also present.
Right in front of this apartment block, is a supermarket as well as an Italien restaurant. Bars and other restaurants are in the city center only 10 minutes away.
