Da mein Referendariat bald zu Ende geht, suche ich ab 01. August einen Nachmieter (WICHTIG: die Wohnungsbesitzerin vermietet nur an Wochenendhemfahrer).
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut geschnitten. In der separaten Küche hat man alles, was man braucht – sogar das nötigste Geschirr. Im hellen Wohnzimmer befinden sich zwei hellgraue Sofas (eines davon aufklappbar) sowie ein Couch- und ein Fernsehtisch. Im Flur gibt es ein Schuhregal. Im Schlafzimmer steht bereits ein Kleiderschrank. Ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch und ein Bücherregal können auf Wunsch von mir übernommen werden. In jedem Zimmer sowie in der Küche gibt es schon Lampen und Vorhänge.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer Doppelhaushälfte, das in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße steht. Zum Stadtzentrum von Herzogenaurach sind es nur 5 Gehminuten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
