Brief Description as seeker:
We are family of 3. Me (working in adidas), my husband (working in adidas) and a 2.5 year old kid. Currently staying in erlangen and want to move to Herzogenaurach (or place in 5 km radius). We do not smoke, are peaceful and have no pets.
We would like:
-Balcony
-EBK (already in apartment or to replace)
-laminate floors
-about 70 m2
-possibly pitch
