Ich suche eine Nachmieterin/einen Nachmieter für meine zentral gelegene 2-Zimmerwohnung in der Burgstraße in Hildesheim.
Die ca. 40 qm große Wohnung liegt in der 2. Etage, ist mit Laminat ausgelegt, hat eine Einbauküche und einen Balkon.

Zu der Kaltmiete incl. Betriebskostenvorauszahlung von 352,- € zahle ich einen Stromabschlag von 35,- Euro.
Vermieterseits wird die Wohnung nur an Studenten vermietet.
Als Mietsicherheit wird eine Elternbürgschaft verlangt.
Ein Anwohnerparkausweis kann bei der Stadt für ca. 30,- €/Jahr erworben werden.
