Ich bin eine ruhige und praktische Person. Ich suche eine Wohnung im Bereich von 45-50 Quadratmetern. Ich fahre morgens mit dem Bus zur Arbeit, daher muss die Wohnung in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs liegen, und es wäre toll, wenn sie nicht weit von den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt wäre. Ich möchte, dass die Wohnung eine durchschnittliche Küche hat.
