This is a single apartment with a private bathroom, single bed, a study table and kitchennette that I am subletting for a period of 3 months. It is a student residency, with good security, parking, a common laundry area and beautiful view from the wind. Heating and WiFi is included in the rent. Ideal for a single person. The bus stop is 7 minutes away, the supermarket is as well. The bus to the city center takes less than 10minutes or you can take a 20minute walk to the city center as well.
Behind the apartment there is a beautiful lake with benches where someone can sit and watch the ducks play. There is also a forest for evening walks to unwind after a long day. Univeristy of Hildesheim is 10mins walks from the residential.
Preferably if you have an enrolment certificate or doing a language course (student).
