In 15 minutes by car you can reach Frankfurt City & Wiesbaden. The airport is only 10 minutes away. The special location of Hofheim offers peace and cosiness, far away from any aircraft noise.

In der zentralen Lage ist alles fußläufig erreichbar und es ist dennoch sehr ruhig und Natur umgeben. Schule, Kindergarten und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Pizzerien, ein Kebap-Haus sowie ein sehr empfehlenswertes Sushi Restaurant sind auch ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In 10 Minuten kann zur KS4-Cafe und Cocktailbar Lounge gehen ohne mit dem Auto oder dem Taxi fahren zu müssen. Eine Apotheke und ein Bäcker sind quasi direkt vor der Haustür.
In the central location everything is within walking distance and yet it is very quiet and surrounded with nature. School, Kindergarten and Shopping possibilities are nearby and within walking distance. Pizzerias, a kebab house and a highly recommended sushi restaurant are also a few minutes walk away. In 10 minutes you can go to KS4-Cafe and Cocktailbar Lounge without having to drive or order a taxi. A pharmacy and a bakery are almost right on the doorstep.
