Hallo,
ich gehe für ein Semester ins Ausland und suche eine Untermieterin von März bis Ende September!

Die Wohnung ist möbiliert: es gibt ein 200x140cm Bett, 1 Kleiderschrank, 1 Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl, 1 Couch, 1 Glasvitrine, 1 Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen (weitere Stühle sind vorhanden), eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, 1 Waschmaschine, 1 Bad mit Dusche.
Vor dem Haus gibt es viele Möglichkeiten direkt kostenlos an der Straße zu parken.
Außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung ein kleiner Balkon mit Balkonmöbeln.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Zur Homburger Innenstadt sowie zu einem Supermarkt (Edeka) sind es 5 - 10min zu Fuß. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es ebenso nur 15min! Zur Uni läuft man 10 Minuten und es befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle.
