This is a spacious apartment that, for Innsbruck, is incredibly cheap, and very good quality with nice views of the mountains in the west. I am unexpectedly leaving Innsbruck, and am looking for someone to take my place. Landlord is an emiritus professor of the university who lives nearby, who does not seem interested in making any profit!
