Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer, mit Säulen unterteilt in Bereiche. Ausgestattet mit Bett (140*200) mit Matratze, Kleiderschränke, Esstisch, diverse Regale. Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, Küche mit Herd. Die Küche hat teilweise nur offene Abstellfläche, nicht viel Schrankraum.

Die Möbel inklusive Waschmaschine und Herd müssten für 500€ übernommen werden.

Kellerabteil vorhanden.

Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Nähe von Westbahnhof. Paradiesbahnhof etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Stadt oder fußläufig ein Edeka zu erreichen. Restaurants gibt es auch in der Nähe.

Ansonsten sehr einfache Möglichkeiten Wandern zu gehen, Boulderhalle direkt ums Eck. Also insgesamt top Lage.
