Hi, my name is Chenyun Yao. I’m a male 24-year-old Chinese student about to take my PhD study in theoretical physics in FZJ starting from September. So I want to rent a furnished flat or a 1-room flat in Jülich for four years (Shorter times are also ok). I don’t smoke or drink. I myself am mostly quiet. So I also prefer a quiet environment. My hobbies are workout and sketch. I would be happy to keep everything tidy.
