I am a PhD student at RPTU Kaiserslautern, looking for a single appartment, preferably close to the University. I am employed until 2028 at least, so the rent should be official, and last for at least 3 years.
I am ready to move in earliest in March, and latest in May.
It would be great if the appartment is furnished, or at least partially furnished, preferably with a balcony. The total rent should not exceed 700 euros together with the additional costs. Moreover, the kitchen and the room (or 2 rooms) should be separates, and not in 1 room.
The appartment should not be on the 1st or the last floor.
