The apartment can be used as WG as well as for couples it is super suitable.
The apartment has a large entrance area, depending on the usable as a small living room or study. From the entrance, room 1 goes away (window on Rittnertstraße) and via the hall you reach the rest of the apartment. Here go kitchen, bathroom, toilet and room 2 away (This is the larger of the two rooms with bays to the garden). The kitchen also has its window to the garden, so who likes to have it green for food is right here:) .
Since this is a new foundation of a WG, it would be advantageous if you already know and apply.
It is important to us that you pay attention to cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment and are respectful and considerate, as the house owner lives in the apartment above you.

Vermietet wird eine wunderschöne 2 1/2 Zimmerwohnung mit toller Lage!
Die Wohnung kann man sowohl als WG nutzen, als auch für Pärchen ist sie super geeignet.
Die Wohnung hat einen großen Eingangsbereich, je nachdem nutzbar als kleines Wohnzimmer oder Arbeitszimmer. Vom Eingangsbereich geht Zimmer 1 weg (Fenster auf Rittnertstraße) und über den Flur gelangt man zum Rest der Wohnung. Hier gehen Küche, Bad, Toilette und Zimmer 2 weg (Das ist das größere der beiden Zimmer mit Erker zum Garten hin). Auch die Küche hat ihr Fenster zum Garten hin, wer es also gerne grün zum Essen hat, sitzt hier genau richtig :) .
Da dies eine Neugründung einer WG ist, wäre es von Vorteil, wenn ihr euch schon kennt und zsm bewerbt.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass ihr auf Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung der Wohnung achtet und respektvoll und rücksichtsvoll seid, da die Hausbesitzerin in der Wohnung über euch wohnt.

Die Miete ist 1000€ warm, ohne Strom und Internet, da würden die Kosten noch zusätzlich kommen.
