Hello. I leave Karlsruhe for a semester abroad and therefore rent my beautiful apartment from mid-February to approx. End of August.

My beautiful apartment is located on the upper floor of a multi-family house very centrally in Karlsruhe. The apartment was renovated about a year ago and is therefore equipped with a virtually new bathroom and a quasi new kitchen. All furniture stays in the apartment during the rental, as well as a few kitchen utensils and the microwave. Plants/Personal is naturally cleared out so that you have enough space for your stuff.

The apartment has a dining room/living room with kitchen, a separate bedroom with wardrobe and a adjoining bathroom including washing machine. There is a clothes rack.

The apartment is about 8 minutes' walk from the Europaplatz, but in a quieter side street that does not drive S-Bahn. Sloping from the apartment is a primary school with a front-facing playground. A house further is the Café Matz, below the apartment there is a Thai restaurant. both recommended ;)

From the apartment you can reach everything very quickly, on foot as well as by bike, which can be safely parked in the courtyard of the house. The nearest railway stations are all 6-8 minutes' walk away.

Parking is only possible on Leopoldstraße for residents, but the parallel Reinhold Frank Street offers free parking. I always park there and from there it is about 4 minutes to the apartment, so easy.

The house has no elevator.

Important criteria for my sub-lete:

I am looking for a female sub-rent, between 20 and 30 years old, student or professional.
In addition, both for me and my own landlord decisively:

- Quiet personality, no parties in the apartment! We pay attention to each other in the house and no one wants noise pollution.
- Considerable handling of my personal property and the apartment in general. I think that's self-explanatory.
- Smoking/consumption of other substances in the apartment is NOT allowed.
- Attachment of shelves or other things is not allowed during the rental. That should also be self-explanatory.

If that's true to you, I'd like to hear you with me. Then we can arrange a visit and get to know each other if necessary.

The exact rental period is not quite fixed as I do not yet know when I return from abroad. However, the minimum period is up to 30.07. and I strongly believe it will be the 31.08. or even 15.09.. We are best talking about this personally;)
