Deutsch: Die gemütliche Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoß eines Einfamilienhauses mit insgesamt 3 Wohnungen.
Das Appartement umfasst ein schönes, helles Studio (Parkett wurde soeben erneuert). Man kann direkt vom Studio auf den Balkon. Die Küche ist ein separater Raum, mit Fenster - hier ist eine Küchenzeile mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler eingebaut.
Das Bad ist hell, hat ebenfalls ein großes Fenster und ist mit WC und Dusche ausgestattet.
Das Appartement wurde soeben renoviert und ist sehr hell und freundlich - die Umgebung ruhig.
Gerne würden wir die Wohnung an einen Studenten/in (Nationalität egal - wir sprechen Englisch) längerfristig vermieten.
Die Techn.Hoschule ist 10 km entfernt - mit dem Auto in 14 Minuten erreichbar.
English: The cozy apartment is on the top floor of a family home. The apartment includes a beautiful, bright studio - parquet has just been renewed. You can go straight from the studio to the balcony. The kitchen is a separate room with a window - here there is a kitchenette with a stove, fridge and dishwasher.
The bathroom is bright, also has a large window and is equipped with a toilet and shower.
The apartment has just been renovated and is very bright and friendly - the surroundings are quiet.
We would like to rent the apartment to a student (any nationality welcome - we speak English ;-) in the longer term.
The Technical School is 10 km away - can be reached by car in 14 minutes.
