The accommodation is an apartment with 3 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. It is available until mid of April only! It has been renovated in the end of 2023/beginning of 2024 with new wall paint and furniture. Only message me, if you can rent the entire apartment (e.g. along with friends)

Each room has a 1.20m wide wardrobe with a mirror, 10 hangers and enough space for lots of luggage and clothes. Your bed is 1.40m wide and has two slatted frames, so you can sleep well in it, even as a couple. In addition, the 4 drawers in the bed drawer provide plenty of space for your things. Next to the bed is a bedside table with a lamp. A 1.20 m long desk and a desk chair allow you to be productive in the room. Each room has its own lock. Room 1 (16.2 m²) is large enough to accommodate a small sofa bed (1 person). Room 2 (19.2 m²) is the largest room and has space for a pull-out sofa bed (2 persons). The fold-out sofas are less comfy than the beds! Room 3 (14.5 m²) has only a double bed. The rooms can be locked individually. Let us know if there are any small children coming along who need a cot. Of course, there is also WLAN access. There is also a small chest of drawers and a rug.

The bathroom is equipped with everything you need: a shower, a large mirror over the sink, a wastebasket, a hairdryer and the necessary toiletries. A washing machine with dryer function will be purchased around August 2024.

The kitchen has been completely refurbished and is well equipped: fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, extractor fan, sink, dishwasher, bin for recyclables, crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, colander, bowls, cups, standard spices, table and 4 chairs. There is also plenty of space for groceries.

The balcony has an outdoor table and two chairs and is the only place in the apartment where smoking is allowed. An ashtray is provided. To avoid odour nuisance, please keep the balcony doors closed when smoking on the balcony.

In the hallway there is a wardrobe with a shoe rack and an extra shoe cupboard.
