working couple (both 29) looking for 3-room apartment

we are Celia and Christoph and have been a couple for 13 years. A year ago, we completed our Master's degree programs: Celia in Special Education and Christoph in Sociology. Celia holds a PhD from the University of Landau in the Palatinate, while Christoph works in Pforzheim in the social field.
After our studies we have moved to our first joint apartment, which is unfortunately limited
Now we are looking for an indefinite apartment in Ettlingen, Karlsruhe and the surrounding area.
We are both non-smoking and have no pets (allergenic).
It is important to find an apartment that has a dishwasher and is at least 60m2. A balcony would be nice, but it's not a must. We expect a well-maintained apartment, which we would care very well in return. Cleanliness and order is very important to us.
