I am a dual student in the Mechatronics department in the last academic year. I will complete my studies in autumn and seamlessly enter a position as a construction engineer with my partner company.
For this reason, I'm looking for an apartment that I want to live in the long term.

Since the study is remunerated, financing is not a problem. If desired, a parent guarantee is also possible up to the end of the study.

I am a clean person who spends their spare time mostly with learning or other quiet activities, such as crafting.
I don't smoke and don't have pets.

With regard to the draw date, I am flexible, but a month advance to organize the draw would be advantageous.

ich bin duale Studentin im Fachbereich Mechatronik im letzten Studienjahr. Ich werde im Herbst mein Studium abschließen und nahtlos eine Stelle als Konstruktionsingenieurin bei meiner Partnerfirma antreten.
Aus diesem Anlass suche ich schon jetzt eine Wohnung, die ich langfristig bewohnen möchte.

Da das Studium vergütet ist, ist die Finanzierung kein Problem. Wenn gewünscht ist bis zum Studienende auch zusätzlich eine Elternbürgschaft möglich.

Ich bin eine saubere Person, die ihre Freizeit größtenteils mit dem Lernen oder anderen ruhigen Tätigkeiten, wie dem Basteln, verbringt.
Ich rauche nicht und habe auch keine Haustiere.

Bezüglich des Einzugdatums bin ich flexibel, jedoch wäre ein Monat Vorlauf, um den Auszug zu organisieren, von Vorteil.
