From June 2025, my friend Kristina and I, Alexander, are looking for a comfortable and bright apartment in Karlsruhe as well as in the surrounding region, ideally in the immediate vicinity of Durlach. Kristina is 21 years old and is in the Logopaedic studies, while at the age of 24 I work as an International Key Account Manager at Bosch and in parallel I graduate my master's degree. We are both responsible, quiet and reliable tenants who place great value on a well-kept and harmonious living environment. The apartment should have at least 1.5 rooms, have a balcony or terrace and have sufficient space for individual living and working areas. Good access to public transport, shopping and leisure is particularly important to us. We are happy to take over long-term rental obligations and maintain a friendly relationship with our landlords.
