It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook/bake, a great daylight bath, spacious bedrooms with large, old farmhouse and views over the city as well as a very large, cozy living-dining area. At the heart of the 20 sqm roof terrace (especially in the warm season) is the 20 sqm rooftop terrace, where you can relax and admire the view of the tower mountain.
A deposit of 1,000 euros is required. In addition, you should have a sense of cleanliness, be non-smoker and want to deal with my own and good. The apartment is only to rent a single son.
