Ich suche eine vertrauensvolle und ordentliche Zwischenmieter*in. Eigentlich wollte ich selbst in die Wohnung einziehen. Leider verschiebt sich mein Start in Kassel auf den 31.08. Eventuell findet dieser auch gar nicht statt und die Wohnung könnte übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist super schön, hell, frisch renoviert und der Erker im Wohnzimmer schafft eine besondere Wohnatmosphäre. Dazu verfügt die Wohnung noch über einen großzügigen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne!

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral zwischen Friedrich-Ebert-Straße und Wilhelmshöher Allee (Ecke Querallee). Supermärkte, Bars, Cafés und Restaurants sind in unter 5min Fußweg zu erreichen.

Sonstige Kosten= Strom und Internet. Diese Verträge sind noch nicht abgeschlossen. Deswegen kann es sein, dass es geringfügig günstiger wird.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert (Bett, Schrank, Sideboard und Couchtische, Waschmaschine) auf Wunsch und ohne Aufpreis kann die Wohnung mit weiteren Möbeln ausgestattet werden.
