Hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter für eine sehr schöne und helle 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon. Die Wohnung liegt im Haubenschloss und ist sehr leise. Der Balkon ist abseits der Straße und hat im Sommer von frühen Nachmittag bis frühen Abend Sonne. Die Wohnung ist zudem gut isoliert und bietet im Sommer wie Winter einen echt Wohlfühlfaktor. Zudem hat die Wohnung einen großen Keller um Sachen zu lager und zwei große Fahrradkeller in nächster Nähe.
Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral und man ist in 2 Minuten an der nächsten Bushaltestelle. Am Forum Allgäu ist man in 10 Minuten und an der Hochschule ist man in 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Bewohnerparkplätze gibt es in der Nähe sehr viele, allerdings ist kein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage bei der Wohnung enthalten.
In der Ablöse enthalten ist:
- Kücheneinrichtung samt Herd und Waschmaschine
- Großer Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer
- Schreibtisch im Wohnzimmer
- Einbauschrank im Vorratsschrank
