Because the representative was on 2 weeks vacation, and the previous short list interested renter have found another flat. Therefore, I open another round of visiting for application.

The apartment is available starting from November 15th or December 1st.
It has Living Room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom, Balcony and quite large Corridor. The living room is full of sunshine and balcony is the best place to see rainbow and firework.

This is unfurnished apartment, I will bring everything with me.
The cook (very new) is belong to the owner and I would like to sell my fridge by 100€.

It is 10 minutes to CAU Uni by bus 81, 10 minutes to Kiel Hbf by many bus and near Schrevenpark, Rewe, Rossmann.

You will need to have at least these documents:
1) Proof of income according to self-disclosure (3 months current salary certificate) or Proof of income of the guarantor (3 months current salary certificate) or working contract.
2) Proof of identity for personal contract signing (ID Card or Passport)
3) SCHUFA (request now)
