Hello I’m 19 year old female student that will be studying her bachelors at the university of klagenfurt this summer 2024 semester ( march). I would like to reserve your accommodation for my stay, incase my reservation requires me to pay a partial deposit of the first month to ensure it I don’t mind. Later on after I come we can sign the contract.Moreover, one of the visa requirements is to show proof of accommodation and for the landlord to fill a form that is given from the embassy.
