Die Wohnung liegt im 2 Stock (DG) eines 6 Parteienhaus. Sie ist gemütlich eingrichtet und wurde 2016 komplett renoviert. Es gibt eine große Einbauküche. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem gemütlichen Sofa und Fernseh ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Bett 200x140 cm und ein großer Kleiderschrank. Im Tageslichtbad befindet sich eine Dusche mit WC , Waschbecken und eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt eine schöne Aussicht ins Grüne.
Lay ist ein ruhiger Vorort von Koblenz. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 5 Min zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man in nur 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt, Geschäfte HIT, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe und DM sind auch in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Autobahn A61 ist auch schnell zu erreichen. In 2 Minuten Fußweg ist eine Bäckerei, Volksbank und Ärztin.
Parken ist in ganz Lay kostenlos
Bitte nur Nichtraucher. Zu erreichen bin ich den ganzen Tag über mein Handy, oder über meine Email-Adresse.
