Ich bin 26 Jahre alt, studierte Ökotrophologin und suche aufgrund eines neuen Jobs eine Wohnung in Koblenz (gerne in den Stadtteilen Altstadt, Goldgrube, Karthause,, Mitte, Moselweiß, Oberwerth, Metternich, Pfaffendorf, Süd). Ich bin Nichtraucherin.
Wonach ich suche:
- mindestens 40 m^2
- ab 2 Zimmern, gerne helle, lichtdurchflutete Räume
- Etagenwohnung
- bis etwa 769 € Warmmiete (VB)
- bestenfalls verfügbar ab April 2025
- unterschriebener Arbeitsvertrag liegt vor
