Hallo! Ich bin für drei Monate unterwegs und vermiete daher meine wunderschöne Wohnung für die Zeit unter.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wird möbliert vermietet. Sie hat eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, Sitzbank und Blick in den Innenhof. Im Innenhof kann man auch das Fahrrad abstellen. Das Bad ist relativ groß und hat ein Fenster und Badewanne.
Ein Wohnzimmer sowie ein Schlafzimmer gehören ebenfalls zur Wohnung. Ein kleiner Abstellraum ist auch vorhanden.
Das Haus ist von 1900 und hat hohe Decken und teilweise sogar Stuck.
In den 850 Euro monatlich ist alles mit inbegriffen (Internet, Strom, Gas).

Die Lage ist super, die Station Chlodwigplatz ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Aldi, Rewe, DM, Apotheken,... sind ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke. Zum Rhein braucht man auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Bars, Restaurants und alle was das Herz sonst noch begehrt ist ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür.
