Hallo ihr lieben Wohnungssuchenden!
Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne Altbau- Wohnung zum 1.3. unter für 2 Monate. Die Wohnung ist sowohl für ein Paar als auch WG geeignet!
Die Lage ist einfach Traumhaft! Man wohnt direkt an der Severinstraße und hat aber auch nur 4 min zu den Bahnlinien 3 und 4, die direkt in die Stadt und nach Ehrenfeld fahren. Die Südstadt unr die Severinstraße hat aber auch alles zu bieten was das Herz begehrt und ist super familiär und schön! Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch innerhalb von 15 min an der Uni.
Wir können die Wohnung sowohl unmöbliert als auch möbliert vermieten. Und die Wohnung hat einen tollen Balkon und einen großen Kellerraum!
