Zwischenmiete für bis zu 5 Monate (Mitte November 2024 - Mitte April 2025)

Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes von November 2024 bis April 2025 suche ich einen zeitlich befristeten Untermieter*in für meine Wohnung in Deutz.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig und perfekt für 1 oder 2 Personen (keine WG) geeignet.
Die Wohnung wurde 2021 kernsarniert und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Das Wohnzimmer blickt in einen ruhigen Innenhof auf der Südseite und hat dadurch sehr viel Licht.
Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer liegen auf der Nordseite.

- Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC (keine Badewanne)
- Voll funktionsfähige Küche, inkl. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank
- Pflanzenfreunde werden bevorzugt :)
- Es handelt sich um einen Katzenhaushalt (die Katze kommt jedoch mit ins Ausland und ist auf dem letzten Foto zu sehen.)
- Jegliches Zubehör wie Katzenklo, Kratzbaum etc. wird weggeräumt
- Parkplätze sind nur mit einem gültigen Bewohnerausweis verfügbar (oder kostenpflichtig an der Severinsbrücke)
- Eine professionelle Reinigung der Wohnung erfolgt alle zwei Wochen und ist im Preis enthalten
- Außerdem enthalten sind Internet und Stromkosten.
- Die Nebenkostenvorauszahlungen wurden berücksichtigt, werden jedoch an den tatsächlichen Verbrauch angepasst
- Gegenüber dem Gebäude befindet sich eine Langzeitbaustelle, daher eignet sich die Wohnung eher für Berufstätige mit externen Arbeitsplätzen

Due to a stay abroad from November 2024 to April 2025, I am looking for a temporary subtenant for my flat in Deutz.

The flat is very bright and spacious and perfect for 1 or 2 persons (No flat shares).
The flat was renovated in 2021 and is in very good condition.
The living room overlooks a quiet courtyard on the south side and therefore has a lot of light.
The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are on the north side.

- Bathroom with shower and WC (no bathtub)
- Fully functional kitchen, incl. washing machine, dishwasher and fridge
- Plant lovers are preferred :)
- This is a cat household (however, the cat is travelling abroad with us and can be seen in the last photo).
- All accessories such as litter tray, scratching post etc. will be removed
- Parking spaces are only available with a valid resident's permit (or for a fee at the Severinsbrücke)
- The flat is professionally cleaned every fortnight which is included in the price
- Internet and electricity costs are also included.
- The advance payments for ancillary costs have been taken into account, but will be adjusted to actual consumption
- There is a long-term construction site opposite the building, so the flat is more suitable for professionals with external workplaces
