I am renting out my cosy old flat from 01.11.2024 bis 18.11.2024.
The rent is 900,00 Euro or 50,00 Euro per night including utilities, electricity, internet GEZ and a security deposit of 50,00 Euro. The flat is furnished with a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, a living room with sofa and TV and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, hoover and a television.
The flat has a garden with a barbecue, hammock and an outdoor lounge where you can spend cosy evenings/mornings. The house community is very nice and helps with any queries.

Es ist auch möglich die Wohnung tageweise zu mieten für 50,00 Euro pro Nacht.
Die Miete beträgt 900,00 Euro inklusive Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet GEZ und eine Sicherheitskaution von 50,00 Euro. Die Wohnung ist möbliert mit Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, einem Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Fernseher und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Staubsauger und einen Fernseher.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Garten mit Grill, Hängematte und einer Outdoorlounge und man kann dort gemütlich die Abende/Morgen verbringen. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr nett und hilft bei Rückfragen.

Die Wohnung liegt in Ehrenfeld und liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe der Haltestelle Liebigstrasse.
Dort fährt die Nummer 5. Außerdem ist die Wohnung auch in der Nähe der Straßenbahnlinie 13. Es gibt viele kleine Cafés um die Ecke und Downtown Ehrenfeld ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
