Zur Verfügung steht ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180cm x 200cm), Wohnzimmer, Küche, Badezimmer und Balkon. Es gibt auch noch eine kleine Abstellkammer. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine etc - alles vorhanden. Es kann ganz entspannt Home Office gemacht werden mit einem höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch.

Der angegebene Mietpreis ist all-in und beinhaltet alle Kosten (Miete - warm, Strom, Internet).

Wir haben zwar auch noch ein Kinderzimmer. Dies wird jedoch abgeschlossen sein.

There is also a small storage room. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc - everything is available. There is a height-adjustable desk for a relaxed home office.

The rental price quoted is all-in and includes all costs (rent, water, heating, electricity, internet).

We also have a children's room. However, this will be locked.
