Hey ihr Lieben, ich biete meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete über die Osterferien an.
Ich wohne noch nicht lange hier, deshalb bin ich mit der Einrichtung noch nicht ganz fertig. Auf den Esstisch sowie den Sofa warte ich momentan noch. Kann sein, dass diese bis zum 14.4. geliefert werden. Eine Garantie gibt es leider noch nicht, deswegen habe ich als „Notlösung“ eine Matratze in die Wohnküche gestellt.
Dir Wohnung besteht aus
- 1 Schlafzimmer
- 1 Wohnküche
- 1 Bad
- 1 Diele
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ca. 47 qm.
Die Bahnanbindung ist super. Zur s und Straßenbahn brauch man weniger als 5 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Bahnhof Ehrenfeld. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind weniger als in 6 Minuten zu erreichen.
