Zimmer

Gesucht wird eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner(in) für mein schönes Zimmer. Es ist teil möbliert mit einem Bett, Tisch und Ikea-Sessel. Der Schrank und die Sofa sind im Wohnzimmer. Die Möbeln (Quittung vom 8.4.17 vorhanden) kann man gegen eine Abstandszahlung haben oder ich nehme sie auf Wunsch raus. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig.
Zudem hat die Wohnung eine sonnige küche, die mit einer Spüllmachine, Herd/Backoffen und Kühlschrank ausgestattet ist. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls gross und hat eine Badewanne und eine Dusche. Es gibt auch ein Balkon, den man mitbenutzen kann.

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1.Juli frei, aber könnte nach Vereinbarung früher vermietet werden.



Lage

Wir wohnen in Köln- Höhenhaus. Die Köln Holweide Haltestelle ist in ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. In 5 min fussläufig erreicht man die Haltestelle Im Weidenbruch
Ins Stadt Zentrum braucht man ca 20min mit der Linie 4.
In der direkten Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe und Penny) und ein Park falls du mal Joggen willst.

Sonstiges

Im großen und ganzen habe ich sehr gerne hier gewohnt. Es ist relativ gut angebunden und auch mit dem Fahrrad nicht zu weit. Die Nachbarschaft ist eher ruhig und entspannt.

Just moved to Cologne and have a free room in the flat what i'm renting, so i'm looking for a flatmate. The flat is in Höhenhaus. Don't know too many things about the neighborhood, but it looks lovely. S-bahn 11 is in an 10 min walking distance, tram 4 is also in 6 min and the train can be at Hauptbahnhof in 12 mins and the tram in 20 mins in Neumarkt.

Furnitures can be purchased if needed. The flat has a nice kitchen and bathroom (these are fully furnished, kitchen with dish washer). It has two separate bedrooms and a big living room. There is also a washing machine available.

If we are the two of us, the total cost of living shouldn't be more than 370-390 EUR/month/person (utilities, internet, etc. inclueded).

Immediate move-in possible (needs to be discussed in advance).
