Mein Mann und ich haben die letzten 5 Jahre gerne hier gelebt. Aus beruflichen Gründen ziehen wir mit unseren 2 Katzen nach Berlin.
Humboldt-Gremberg ist ein sehr ruhiger und familiärer Stadtteil, direkt am aufstrebenden Kalk und schönen Poll gelegen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig: Die Haltestelle Trimbornstraße (rb25, s12, s13) und die U-Bahnhaltestelle Kalk Post (u1, u9) befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Es gibt zwei etwa gleichgroße Zimmer, Bad und Toilette sind getrennt und es gibt noch einen kleinen Extraraum. Keller ist im Haus vorhanden.
Bei Bedarf können auch einige Möbel übernommen werden.
