The apartment is located on the main street of Kalker. Various shopping opportunities are only within a few minutes (Aldi, Kaufland, Rewe, Arab/Asian supermarkets). The stops Kalk Post and Trimbornstraße are just 5 minutes away. By train you are at the Hbf in 10 minutes. The bike is about 15 minutes on the Rhine bank. The area also has beautiful cafés (e.g. Villa Kalka, Rotkehlchen), restaurants (e.g. pizzeria il futuro, nobiko), a shopping center (Cologne Arcaden) and a lot of culture to offer.

Die Wohnung liegt an der Kalker Hauptstraße. Verschiedenste Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind nur in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (Aldi, Kaufland, Rewe, arabische/asiatische Supermärkte). Auch die Haltestellen Kalk Post und Trimbornstraße sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit der Bahn ist man in 10 Minuten am Hbf. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 15 Minuten am Rheinufer. Die Gegend hat auch schöne Cafés (z.B Villa Kalka, Rotkehlchen), Restaurants (z.B. pizzeria il futuro, nobiko), ein Einkaufszentrum (Köln Arcaden) und vieles an Kultur zu bieten.

For the kitchen we would like to request a discount of 450€.
The landlord wants a SCHUFA (request now) proof, proof of salary and a copy of ID. Students also have a parent guarantee.

Der Vermieter möchte von den MieterInnen einen SCHUFA Nachweis, Gehaltsnachweise und eine Ausweiskopie. Bei StudentInnen geht auch eine Elternbürgschaft.
