I am sub renting my beautiful, centrally located, furnished apartment during my family visit for 1 month.
The apartment is ideal for one person or a couple. I have a 1.8mx2m big bed.
The kitchen has a small fridge, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, and other things necessary for cooking.
There is a piano and a cajon you can play.
It is located in the very center of the city, Neumarkt. There are many public transport options in different directions.
The best thing is that despite its central location, due to its being on the backside of the apartment, it is very quiet.
Central station is 10 minutes by tram.
While the big windows are brightening, and ventilating the whole apartment, thanks to its big heater, it is very easy to keep the apartment warm and cozy.
There is a 250 Mbit/s internet connection.
