Gemütlich, auf eine gewisse Art fast schon geschmackvoll, auf jeden Fall warm und wohnlich. Meine Wohnung ist wirklich schön, komplett von Grund auf saniert, neue Böden, neue Anstrich, neues Bad, es fehlt tatsächlich an nichts. Herausragend ist wirklich die tolle Lage, in der Südstadt Köln, direkt am Südstadium. Ideal für eine Einzelperson, oder ein Pärchen, dass sich wirklich gut versteht.
Die Wohnung besteht aus:

3. Badezimmer

Glasfaser Internetverbindung bei Netcologne ist mit bei der Miete enthalten.
Die Wohnung liegt am Höninger Weg. Ich behaupte ganz dreist, es ist das schönste Viertel Kölns! Zollstock. Hier tobt das Leben, viele Cafés, kleine Geschäfte, Multi-Kulti.
Als Untermieter oder Untermieterin würde ich mir Personen wünschen, die sorgsam mit den Sachen anderer umgehen, ggf. berufstätig sind und einen rücksichtsvollen Umgang mit Nachbarn pflegen.
