We rent our beautiful 105sqm old building apartment at the Hansaring to the intermediate rental - ideal for a couple that would like to live in Cologne for a few months. The apartment is available from 07 July, expected until the end of October/beginning of November.

Important: A room approx. 17.4cm, which we use as an office/storage, remains closed during the intermediate rental and is not available. The available living area is about 87qm.

The apartment offers:
• Two spacious, fully furnished rooms (bedroom & living room)
• A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven etc.
• A cozy bathroom with bathtub
• Washing machine, dryer & WLAN included
Rent: 1,800 € monthly (including all additional costs & Internet)
