Hallo, ich biete meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Südstadt zum Tausch an. Sie ist 65qm groß und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Haltestelle Chlodwigplatz in der Südstadt. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 1045€, warm also ca. 1200€.
- Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine
- Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine
- Pariser Balkon
- Keller
- sehr hell durch viele und große Fenster
Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft, ich habe hier super gerne mit einer Freundin als WG zusammengewohnt, suche aber nun eine kleinere/günstigere Wohnung für mich allein.
1,5 - 2 Zimmer, bis 750€ warm. Linksrheinisch und zentral gelegen. Balkon wäre super, aber kein Muss. Am liebsten ebenfalls in der Südstadt, Sülz oder im Belgischen Viertel.
