Hallo zusammen,
ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung komplett möbliert vom 1.11.24 bis 30.04.2025 (als Untermiete meines Vertrags. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht: Schränke, Couch, Bett, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller.

In den 1400€ sind Miete, Vorauszahlung für die Nebenkosten & Heizung enthalten, außerdem Strom-, Internet- und Rundfunkgebühren. Wenn du alleine einziehst, sind die NK-Vorauszahlungen etwas niedriger. ;)

Diese schöne Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe der Kulturkirche. Ein Balkon geht zur Hinterhofseite raus und die gemütliche Wohnküche ist ebenfalls mit drei Fenstern groß und hell. Busse sind innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der S-Bahnhof Nippes & Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Florastraße ist jeweils 10 Minuten entfernt. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Imbissbuden, Bars und Cafés sind alles innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso wie der Marktplatz, auf dem jeden Tag was los ist. Nippes ist ein sehr süßes Veedel.

Die Wohnung kann auch super als WG genutzt werden. Allerdings ist das ein sehr ruhiges Haus, daher bitte auch nur ruhige Menschen (der Vermieter ist regelmäßig im Haus). Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
