Da wir spontan umziehen, wird unsere wunderschöne Wohnung auf der Luxemburger Str. am Babarossaplatz frei. Sie besteht aus drei Zimmern, einer Wohnküche, Bad und zwei Balkonen.
In nur 2 Minuten ist man am Barbarossaplatz, in 5 Minuten am Zülpicher Platz und auch der Bahnhof Süd ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt - also eine perfekte Verkehrsanbindung. Das Schlafzimmer und die Küche gehen zum Innenhof raus, sodass es dort wirklich superruhig ist.
Die Mieter sind allesamt sehr nett und total locker. Aufgrund der zwei Balkone hat man den ganzen Tag Sonnenschein. Wir zahlen momentan (inkl. Strom und Gas) 910€.
Für die Küche (2 Jahre alt), die Balkonmöbel, Vorhänge, einen Badschrank und ein paar Regale hätten wir gerne einen Abschlag von 1500€. Bitte nur melden, wenn der Abschlag realisierbar ist.
