Gemütlich, über Geschmack lässt sich streiten, auf jeden Fall warm und wohnlich und auch komplett, also vollständig ausgestattet, abgesehen von einer Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren komplett von Grund auf saniert, neue Böden, neue Anstrich, neues Bad. Richtiger Balkon nach hinten, kleiner französicher Austritt nach vorne, hell und IKEA Standard möbliert. Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Jedoch keine Waschküche. Herausragend ist wirklich die tolle Lage, in der Südstadt Köln, direkt am Clodwigplatz. Ideal für eine Einzelperson, oder ein Pärchen, dass sich wirklich gut versteht. Bitte Nichtraucher, Haustiere sind erlaubt.

Ich behaupte ganz dreist, es ist das schönste Viertel Kölns! Die Südstadt. Lebendig, familiär und central, viele Cafés, kleine Geschäfte, Multi-Kulti, ob der Döner um die Ecke oder ittle Italy zwei Straßen weiter, Sweet Sushi oder auch die Fette Kuh, vegan und alternativ, egal ob zum schlendern, oder zum Essen gehen, hier findet jeder, wonach er sucht! Wirklich alles, was das tägliche Leben besonders und schön macht, aber auch der Rewe um die Ecke, die Apotheke und auch ein kleiner Markt (jeden Donnerstag) versüßen einem das Dasein im schönsten Veedel Kölns.

Bitte sei berufstätig, zuverlässig und verbindlich, reinlich und vernünftig. Halte dich an Absprachen, Ansonsten bin ich froh wenn du nett und sympathisch bist.
