Die Lage ist ideal.Sämtliche Haltestellen sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen (zur Uni fährt man anschließend 7 Minuten Bus). Außerdem befindet sich der Beethovenpark in unmittelbarer Nähe. Läuft man doch lieber zur Uni, kann man dies in 20 Minuten tun.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden.
Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine im Keller sind vorhanden.Der große Garten darf mitbenutzt werden. Außerdem gehört noch eine Terrasse zum Mietobjekt.
Ich bin nur an einem Tausch gegen eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung interessiert.
