Da ich beruflich im November und Dezember nicht in der Stadt bin, biete ich meine wunderschöne, stilvolle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen des beliebten Belgischen Viertels, super zentral und dennoch angenehm ruhig im Hinterhof.

Was dich erwartet:
Die Wohnung hat einen besonderen Charme mit hohen Wänden und einer modernen, stilvollen Einrichtung, die viel Liebe zum Detail zeigt. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und du kannst selbstverständlich alles in der Wohnung nutzen. Ich werde lediglich einige persönliche Dinge in einem Schrank im Flur verstauen.

Lage:

Mitten im Belgischen Viertel, idealer Ausgangspunkt für alles, was Köln zu bieten hat
Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig, da sie in einem Hinterhof liegt
Wichtig:
Mir ist es besonders wichtig, dass der/die Mieter/in zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst ist und die Wohnung genauso schätzt wie ich. Das Haus ist entspannt und ruhig, daher suche ich jemanden, der Rücksicht nimmt und keine lauten Feiern plant.

Option auf Verlängerung:
Falls alles gut passt, gibt es die Möglichkeit, die Miete über den Dezember hinaus zu verlängern.

Charming 2-Room Apartment in the Heart of the Belgian Quarter (November & December)
As I’ll be away for work in November and December, I’m offering my beautiful, stylish 2-room apartment for a short-term rental. The apartment is located in the heart of the popular Belgian Quarter, super central yet wonderfully quiet in a courtyard setting.

What to Expect:
The apartment has a lot of charm, with high ceilings and a modern, stylish decor that’s been thoughtfully put together. It’s fully equipped, and you are welcome to use everything in the apartment. I’ll only be leaving a few personal items in a closet in the hallway.

Location:

Right in the heart of the Belgian Quarter, an ideal spot to explore everything Cologne has to offer
Despite the central location, it’s quiet and peaceful since it’s situated in a courtyard
Important:
It’s very important to me that the tenant is reliable, considerate, and treats the apartment with care. The building is relaxed and quiet, so I’m looking for someone who respects this and isn’t planning any loud gatherings.

Option to Extend:
If everything works out well, there’s the option to extend the rental beyond December.
