My name is Henning, I am 28 years old and working as an engineer for rail vehicles at a company in Cologne. After eight years in Aachen, I now move to Cologne, as the daily school costs too much time for me. For this reason I am looking for a 2- to 3-room apartment in Cologne.

I am non-smoking, have no pets and place great value on a well maintained living environment. In my spare time I drive a lot of sport (fitness, jogging, swimming and cycling). Since I don't own a car, a good connection to public transport is very important to me.

During my eight years in Aachen I always lived in the same WG and had no problems with my landlord. I am a reliable, quiet and uncomplicated tenant and care for a respectful relationship.

For a visit, I will, of course, bring all the necessary application documents, including Schufa (request now) information, evidence of salary and, if necessary, guarantees.

I'm flexible and open to various types of furniture when you arrive.

Mein Name ist Henning, ich bin 28 Jahre alt und arbeite als Ingenieur für Schienenfahrzeuge bei einem Unternehmen in Köln. Nach acht Jahren in Aachen ziehe ich nun nach Köln, da die tägliche Pendelei für mich auf Dauer zu viel Zeit kostet. Aus diesem Grund bin ich auf der Suche nach einer 2- bis 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Köln.

Ich bin Nichtraucher, habe keine Haustiere und lege großen Wert auf eine gepflegte Wohnumgebung. In meiner Freizeit treibe ich viel Sport (Fitness, Joggen, Schwimmen und Radfahren). Da ich kein Auto besitze, ist mir eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr sehr wichtig.

Während meiner acht Jahre in Aachen habe ich stets in der gleichen WG gewohnt und hatte keinerlei Probleme mit meinem Vermieter. Ich bin ein zuverlässiger, ruhiger und unkomplizierter Mieter und achte darauf, ein respektvolles Miteinander zu pflegen.

Für eine Besichtigung bringe ich selbstverständlich alle erforderlichen Bewerbungsunterlagen mit, einschließlich Schufa (request now) -Auskunft, Gehaltsnachweisen und ggf. Bürgschaften.

Ich bin beim Einzugsdatum flexibel und offen für verschiedene Möblierungsoptionen.
