möblierte 3-Zimmer Wohnung nähe Clouth Quartier

NUR ZWISCHENMIETE :))

Hallo zusammen :) ich gehe beruflich einen Monat ins Ausland und biete daher hier kurzfristig von Mitte Oktober bis Mitte November meine 3-Zimmer Wohnung in Niehl an :)

kurze Rahmeninfos, bei Interesse schreibt mir gerne, dann können wir telefonieren oder ihr schaut mal vorbei :)

Die Wohnung ist im 2.OG eines Einfamilienhauses, außer mir wohnt nur noch die Vermieterin mit im Haus, eine sehr entspannte ältere Frau, das 1. OG ist die Wohnung ihres Sohnes, die jedoch praktisch leer steht, so hat man jederzeit seine Ruhe :)
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, super hell, hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Klavier, Schreibtisch, Couch, Anlage, Essbereich , ein Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank (den würde ich natürlich dann auch freiräumen), ein Atelier/Arbeitszimmer und Bad und Küche.

Hey everybody :) im going abroad for a month due to my job from mid October to mid November , so my 3-room flat in Niehl is empty during that time..:)

small information, if you're interested just shoot me a message, we can have a call or you can just look at it yourself :)

the flat is in second floor of a normal house, outside of myself there's just the owner, a kind elderly woman, living in the house. the first floor is her sons flat, but practically empty, so you have your peace at all times, so to say :)

the flat is in a calm area, very bright, has a large living room with a desk, piano, couch, audio setup, dinner setup... also a bedroom with a wardrobe (which I will empty then of course) and a atelier/workroom as well as a bathroom and kitchen.
